Northern Mixed Martial Art’s Group Bootcamp Fitness sessions are a great way to get the your body pumping 1st thing in the morning.

Matt runs Group Bootcamp 3 mornings per week:

Tuesday & Thursday at 6am -7am

Saturday at 9:30am-10:30pm (followed by Open Mat All Styles – a great warmup)

With full indoor facilities, Melbourne’s weather is no barrier to improving your health and fitness.

With nearly 30 years of martial arts experience, Cert III & IV in Fitness & Personal Training and a Cert IV Diploma in Sports Management, Matt knows how to push you to your limits and achieve peak performance from your body.
